6. Delivery
All UK orders come with free standard delivery. International orders qualify for free delivery if the order value is £125 and over. We aim to dispatch orders within **1 working day**.
7. Returns and Refunds
You are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. However, returns are accepted within **30 days** of receiving your order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded. We always recommend using a tracked service for returns. Our website runs a promotion: **Buy one, get one 25% off**, which cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
9. Warranty Policy
All our jewellery pieces come with a **1-year warranty** against manufacturing defects to the metal during the manufacturing process. The warranty covers loose gemstones, excluding those damaged from wear and tear.
**What the warranty does not cover**:
- Items altered in any way post-purchase.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or dents.
- Damage from daily life, accidents, misuse, or improper care.
- Loose or lost gemstones due to everyday wear.
- Damage or discolouration of plating caused by normal wear and tear.
- Failure to follow our care instructions.
The warranty begins on the date of purchase and is not renewed upon any replacements. If we cannot repair any manufacturing defects, we will send you a replacement. If your item is out of stock, you will have the option to choose any item up to the value of your original purchase.
