WARRANTY POLICY

Our fine gold jewellery goes through a thorough 3-step quality check process prior to being shipped. However, for peace of mind, we offer a complimentary 1-year warranty against manufacture defects on all of our jewellery. If a warranty issue is found, we will always put it right and repair or replace your item free of charge.

WHAT DOES MY 1-YEAR WARRANTY COVER? +

The warranty applies to all items purchased directly from Symmbols and covers manufacture defects to the metal during the manufacturing process. The warranty also covers loose gemstones (excluding gemstones which have been damaged via wear and tear). 

Please note all fine jewellery can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER? +
  • Jewellery that has been altered in any way post purchase 
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, damage from daily life etc.)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
  • Lose or loss of gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Coverage excludes damage or dicolouration of plating caused by failure to follow our care instructions
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION +
  • Any postage for goods being returned to us will be the responsibility of the customer. Therefore we always recommend using a tracked service. 
  • Our complimentary 2-Year warranty comes into effect from date of purchase and is not renewed upon any replacements.
  • If we are unable to repair any manufacturing defects, we will send you out a replacement. If we are out of stock of your item we will give you the option to choose any item up to the value of your original purchase.
