HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY? +

While Gold Vermeil is very high quality and a far more durable option, it is still important to ensure special care is taken to maximise the longevity of your beloved pieces. 

Keep your pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, liquids, store away from moist environments and store your pieces separately in their own pouches provided. 

We know how busy life can get but please avoid the urge to throw them in amongst your other jewellery. This will help you avoid unnecessary tangles and scratches.

DOES GOLD VERMEIL WEAR OFF? +

While gold plating can eventually wear off over time with regular use, our jewellery is crafted with high-quality materials including vermeil and expert craftmanship to ensure long-lasting beauty and durability.

To maintain the luster of your gold-plated jewellery, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and moisture.

With proper care and maintenance, you can enjoy the beauty of your jewellery for years to come.

1-YEAR WARRANTY +

To ensure peace of mind we offer 1-year warranty free of charge on all jewellery items against manufacturing and plating defects. We guarantee that you can enjoy your precious pieces with confidence, knowing that we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.

ORDERS
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER? +

We like to move fast and get your parcel out for delivery asap. Therefore, we’re unfortunately unable to make any amendments once an order has been submitted.

Please also make sure your shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once your order has been submitted.

We kindly request you to carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED? +

Once you place your order, you will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order is with our courier, you will get another email with your tracking ID.

To ensure you receive these emails in your inbox please add hi@symmbols.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, HELP! +

Please check your confirmation email from when you first placed the order or your login area on our website to ensure your order matches the items of your parcel.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at hi@symmbols.com asap with the following information:

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? +

Once your order is with our courier you will receive an email with your tracking ID. You will be provided a link to the couriers website where you will be able to track your parcel.

Our checkout is managed by Shopify Payments which is powered by Stripe, the World’s leading online payment gateways.

We accept all major payment gateways and additionally offer PayPal too.

CUSTOM, DUTIES & TAX CHARGES +

All taxes are included within the product price for orders being shipped within the UK. 

To our friends anywhere else in the world - Depending on the value of your order, your package may be charged customs or import taxes.

If a parcel does incur customs taxes or duty, it's entirely up to the customer to cover these costs. Unfortunately, as these charges differ depending on the country, we are unable to advise on what these might be. 

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order so you're not surprised by any unexpected delivery charges. If you are unsure please do reach out to us at hi@symmbols.com

By law, all items must be declared at their full price and we cannot alter the amount to decrease any custom fees.

In the event that you wish to refuse your delivery, you may still be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties, and the cost of returning the package to us. We regret that we can only refund you the value of your order minus any fees we are charged upon return for your item.

We offer an extended 30-day returns for all customers. The return window starts from the day you receive your order.

Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
